Choose a PU stone panel direction by connecting the exact panel, relief pattern, wall layout, edge conditions, sample and project evidence.
This page is a selection checklist, not a declaration that a generic PU stone panel fits a particular application. Final acceptance depends on the selected JUZZI item, the wall and attachment design, current documents and destination requirements.
1. Fix the panel identity before comparing offers
- Use “polyurethane faux-stone wall panel” or the exact JUZZI item name, not a bare “stone panel.”
- Record the panel reference, texture family, color direction, nominal format and edge condition.
- Separate facts in the current item record from assumptions based on photographs or another supplier’s panel.
- Ask which product, installation and handling documents apply to the proposed item.
2. Review relief and repetition as a wall layout
| Question | Selection record |
|---|---|
| Texture scale | How the relief reads at the normal viewing distance and beside adjacent finishes. |
| Panel rhythm | How repeated modules, rotations or finish variation will be distributed across the elevation. |
| Joints | Where panel boundaries fall and what the approved visual standard is for visible transitions. |
| Edges | Inside and outside corners, openings, cut ends, floor and ceiling junctions and exposed terminations. |
| Coordination | Lighting, signs, switches, services, furniture and other items that interrupt the relief. |
3. Put the panel in its real project context
State whether the proposed wall is interior or exterior, new or existing, and whether it has height, access, moisture, heat, impact or cleaning considerations. Describe the substrate and wall build-up when known. These are questions for the responsible project team and current product information; they are not reasons to infer suitability from the PU material name.
4. Use the sample for defined decisions
- Link the sample to an exact panel reference and date.
- Review color and relief under the planned lighting and viewing distance.
- Place multiple pieces together if repeat pattern, joint or edge appearance is a decision.
- Record the approved visual reference and any conditional comments.
- Do not treat a visual sample as proof of an untested installed system.
5. Close document and responsibility gaps
List the exact product information, project-required evidence, installation record and sample status needed before selection. Name who will approve appearance, wall preparation, attachment compatibility, junction details and destination compliance. If an answer is unavailable, keep it as an open item rather than replacing it with an unsupported promise.
What to send JUZZI
Send the PU stone panel or texture reference, destination, wall size, interior or exterior context, substrate if known, key corners or openings, sample requirement and the product document or decision you need next.
