This notice explains how JUZZI handles information sent through the website message form.
Who handles your message
The website message recipient is Linyi Jiuzhi Building Decoration Materials Co., Ltd. For a privacy question or request concerning a submitted message, email ryan@juzzi.com.cn.
Information the form collects
- Name, company, business email and country.
- Product, request type and message.
- Phone number only when you choose to provide it.
- Limited technical and source context used to deliver the form and prevent misuse.
Why JUZZI uses it
JUZZI uses the information to review and answer your product, sample, document, project or supply question, keep necessary business correspondence and protect the form from abuse. Necessary B2B message handling and security are based on JUZZI’s legitimate interests. When an individual asks JUZZI to take steps before entering a contract, that request may instead be handled for those pre-contract steps. The form acknowledgement is not consent to marketing.
Where the message goes
The submitted message is stored as a private WordPress record on JUZZI’s website hosting and a notification copy is sent to the JUZZI business mailbox through its mail provider. These systems are operated for JUZZI in China. If you submit from another country, your information is therefore transmitted to and handled in China.
Retention and sharing
JUZZI keeps a message only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain relevant business records, meet legal obligations or protect the website. JUZZI does not sell submitted information. It is shared only with service providers or personnel needed to operate the website, email and business response, or when required by law.
Your request
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information linked to your submitted message by emailing ryan@juzzi.com.cn. JUZZI may need enough information to identify the relevant message and protect it from unauthorized access.
